Biggest jumps to number one

Once there was a time when the majority of song that got to number one actually climbed there, Then from the mid-90s until around 2014 the majority of songs entered the chart at number one and usually quickly descended. When streaming and downloads were included into chart compilation, things slowed down and song started to climb to the top again.
